Can the contract be in the company’s name?
Yes, your company signs the contract, not the employee: we ask owners up front whether they accept a contract in a company’s name. How the contract is made out and how invoicing works are set out in writing in the proposal, before you confirm.
How much does it cost?
It depends on city, period and apartment. The price is set out in the proposal before you commit to anything: rent, charges, any deposit, Rennovo’s fee and what is included, item by item.
What is included?
The proposal says so, apartment by apartment: utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning, parking. If you tick what you need in the form, we start from homes that have it.
What is the minimum stay?
It depends on the apartment: each owner tells us the minimum stay they accept, and you will find it in the proposal. An apartment makes sense for stays of weeks or months; for just a few days, a hotel is usually easier.
How soon can people move in?
It depends on city and period. We tell you the earliest possible date in our reply to your request. We reply the same business day.
Do you handle extensions or a change of guest?
Yes, if the apartment is also free for the new dates. Ask your contact, who will tell you whether it is possible and on what terms.
What if something goes wrong during the stay?
Report it to your contact, who arranges the repair with the owner or the technicians and keeps you updated. Timing depends on the problem.
Which cities do you cover?
We manage rentals across Italy, from our office in Milan. For companies we look for housing wherever it is needed: tell us the city of the work site and we will tell you what we can offer.
When is an apartment better than a hotel?
When the assignment lasts weeks or months: the same home for the whole period, room to live, a kitchen and a washing machine, and one contract in the company’s name.
